The news comes days after he refused to hire more security following a gym attack in Florida. At the time, she claimed that Tekashi severely injured her by hitting he with a bottle during an incident at Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami, Florida. The rapper was apparently trying to hit someone else who had insulted him, but the bottle landed on Alexis in the process, leaving her with a bloodied head.
At the time, Tekashi’s lawyer denied the lawsuit was credible, claiming Salaberrios was mainly seeking financial gain. Nevertheless, a court eventually agreed with her, leading to the million-dollar judgement.
However, half a year after the court granted the settlement, the rapper apparently hasn’t paid what he’s owed, causing Salaberrios to request that the court beginning liquidating his assets to pay the debt.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Salaberrios’ request was granted and a receiver was recently appointed to sell off the rapper’s assets, including a Rolls Royce and his Florida mansion.
The outlet notes that the receiver has a lot of legal power to do what they must in order to obtain and sell off the assets, including "break any locks necessary to gain access to any real property."
Tekashi hasn’t publicly responded to recent reports that his assets are going to be liquidated to pay off the Florida judgment. But with a net worth of $500,000, it’s clear why he hasn’t paid the debt off in full yet – he doesn’t appear to have the cash to do so.
Tekashi, a convicted felon, is known for his legal and financial problems. Only a few months ago, he was sued for collaborating with a vape brand with suspicious practices. The year prior, clothing retailer Fashion Nova sued him for $350,000 for a collaboration that went wrong.
He's also been accused of failing to follow through with performance obligations on more than one occasion. At one point, Tekashi faced $2 million in lawsuits over concerts he failed to perform at the last minute, enraging both organizers and fans alike.
But with the recent $10 million judgment to pay off, Tekashi may need to think twice about bailing on any more performances.
