Janhvi Kapoor has several films in the line-up and one of the most awaited is the thriller titled Ulajh. Meiyang Chang, one of her co-stars, has shared his perspective on working with her. He also addressed the misconception surrounding star kids.
Meiyang Chang discussed his experience filming Ulajh with Janhvi Kapoor in an interview with a leading publication. He said: "There is a misconception that star kids don’t work hard. Most of my scenes in the film are with Janhvi and she is so dedicated. She does what she says. When she says, ‘I am going to get into the project fully and work hard,’ she actually does that.” Chang subsequently disclosed that the filming was complete and that post-production was now in progress.
In the movie, Janhvi Kapoor portrays a young Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer. Rajesh Tailang, Roshan Matthew, Gulshan Devaiah, and Sachin Khedekar are also featured. Sudhanshu Saria is the film's director.
Janhvi Kapoor was last seen alongside Varun Dhawan in Nitesh Tiwari's romantic drama Bawaal. In addition to Ulajh, she is working with Rajkummar Rao on the movie Mr. & Mrs. Mahi. Kapoor is also attached to star in the Telugu-language action drama Devara, which also stars Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan. On April 5, 2024, the movie is expected to be released in five different languages.
